The Planning Committee Terms of Reference were noted. The Democratic Services Officer indicated column one of the Terms of Reference should have included ‘8 Members of the Authority’. The Chair also requested that the reference to ‘Lead Member for Neighbourhoods and Renewal’ be updated to the ‘Lead Member for Leisure, Community Cohesion, Regulation, Enforcement and Planning’.
