Construction of two buildings containing 33 no. residential dwellings together with associated car parking, landscaping and amenity space.

Delegated to the Planning Manager:


1.  For approval subject to: the satisfactory completion of a s106 Agreement to secure affordable housing (Slough living rent), and to ensure financial contributions towards each of the matters set out in paragraph 20.1 of the planning officers report, finalising conditions, and any other minor changes.

2.  Refuse the application if a satisfactory s106 Agreement was not completed by 30th June 2023, unless otherwise agreed by the Planning Manager in consultation with the Chair of the Planning Committee.
