Agenda item 8 – Stoke Wharf Draft Indicative Site Development Plan: Councillor Mann declared that she was a member of the Planning Committee which would determine a future application. She therefore stated she would not participate in the discussion and decision at Cabinet.
Agenda item 9 – Britwell Centre GP Surgery Development: Councillor Anderson declared that he was a patient at the Avenue Medical Centre and he would therefore not participate in the discussion and decision on this item.
