The Chair and other Members welcomed Mr Fred Ashmore to his first Standards Committee Meeting. Mr Ashmore had been appointed by the Council at its meeting on 27^th April, 2004 to serve as an Independent Member of the Standards Committee until the Annual Meeting 2005.
