The
Customer & Community Scrutiny Panel was appointed by Council.
The Panel has nine Members and is responsible for the scrutiny of
functions falling within the scope of following areas:
•Customer Services
•Revenues and Benefits
•Community & Neighbourhoods (Localities,
Community Development and Active Communities)
•Learning, Skills & Employment (Libraries,
Community Learning and Building Better Opportunities)
•Accommodation (Housing Allocations &
Social Lettings, Housing Demand)/
