Investigating and Disciplinary Committee

The Investigating and Disciplinary Committee is appointed by Council to deal with disciplinary matters relating to the relevant officers (the Chief Executive / Head of Paid Service, Monitoring Officer and Chief Finance Officer). It is a politically balanced committee of five Members only one of whom is to be a Member of the Cabinet.
