Minutes:
The Chair confirmed that the update from the 5-16 Task Group had been covered in the previous agenda item. The group would meet again in early January to consider the final DSG settlement.
NB confirmed that the early years block will meet very early in January prior to bring proposals for Early Years Block to Forum.
