It was moved by Councillor Swindlehurst,

Seconded by Councillor Akram,

“That the draft response to the review of Parliamentary Boundaries, as at Appendix A to the report, be submitted to the Boundary Commission for England by 2^nd August 2021.”

The recommendation was put to the vote and carried by 28 votes for, 3 against and 5 abstentions.

Resolved  -  That the draft response to the review of Parliamentary Boundaries, as at Appendix A to the report, be submitted to the Boundary Commission for England by 2^nd August 2021.

In accordance with Council Procedure Rule 8.1, the Mayor proposed that the meeting continue past 10.30pm to complete all the remaining business. This was put to the meeting and it was unanimously agreed.
