5.	Discussion relating to Scrutiny of the I&R Programme There are no formal papers for this item. The intention is to provide an update on the revised governance of the Improvement and Recovery Programme (I&RP) and discuss a draft proposal as to how CISC will engage with the relevant boards. This will then inform a formal report to this committee at its April 29 2025 meeting with a view for future scrutiny of the I&RP to be fed into the forward planning workshops in May 2025
