All Members who believe they have a Disclosable Pecuniary or other Interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in Section 9 and Appendix B of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct, leave the meeting while the matter is discussed.

Members are reminded that under the Code, a general dispensation has been provided to all members of the Council (who do not otherwise have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest) to take part and vote on items on the Council agenda for 6th March 2025 in relation to setting the Council Tax or a precept under the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

Members should also note the provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 which require Members to declare and refrain from voting on any matter relating to the calculation of the Council Tax if they are two months or more in Council Tax arrears.

Recommendations of Cabinet and Committees

[Notification of Amendments required by 10am on Wednesday 5^th March 2025]

Item 3 is the recommendation from the Licensing Committee from its meeting held on 5^th February 2025.

Item 4 is the recommendation from the Cabinet from its meeting held on 17^th February 2025.

Item 5 is the recommendation from the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee from its meeting held on 22^nd January 2025.

Item 6 is the recommendation from the Cabinet from its meeting held on 24^th February 2025.

In accordance with the requirements of the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and Council Procedure Rule 19.5 there shall be a recorded vote on any decision relating to the budget or Council Tax (items 5 and 6).
