Purpose:

To receive an update on the delivery of the Council’s ICT & Digital improvement programme.

Decision:

(a)  Noted the update to the modernisation and remediation activities being undertaken by the ICT & Digital Team and the next phase of work, as well as the ongoing risks, issues and challenges as the work continues,

 

(b)  Approved the next steps as set out in Appendix A, including the adoption of more automated processes, the upskilling of staff in the use of modern technologies and the building of a more coherent digital offer for residents.
