To provide an update on key sites within the Slough Urban Renewal programme and contains recommendations to enable disposal to maximise  income to the Council and secure best value in accordance with the Asset Disposals Strategy

The Cabinet excluded the press and public to discuss the Part II appendices which were noted and taken into account in resolving the proposed decisions as set out in the Part I report.  All decisions were taken during the public part of the Cabinet meeting.
