1. That the necessary Traffic Regulation Orders and Notices proceed
through the legal process and in accordance with the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984:
a) The orders are made under section 9 of the act (an Experimental
Traffic Regulation Order)
b) Representations are accepted within the first 6 months of the
schemes implementation, and any changes are made before a permanent
scheme is made, on or before a period not exceeding 18 months
c) The Council respond to the consultees who made representations,
informing them of the decisions made.
