Appeals Committee

The Appeals Committee is appointed by Council to deal with disciplinary matters short of dismissal relating to the relevant officers (the Chief Executive / Head of Paid Service, Monitoring Officer and Chief Finance Officer) . This committee is a politically balanced committee of five Members only one of whom is to be a Member of the Cabinet.
