No further references from scrutiny over and above those detailed in reports elsewhere on the Cabinet agenda.

The comments of the Corporate Improvement Scrutiny Committee (CISC) on the Public Sector Equality Duty and SBC Equality Objectives were considered during discussion of that item.  It was also noted that the ICT & Digital Update report had been scrutinised by CISC on 24^th October 2023.
