It is recommended that the press and public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting as the items to be considered contain exempt information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime as defined in paragraph 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) andindividuals as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
