The licences, support, and maintenance
contract for the Council’s document management system (W360)
was due to expire on 31.03.22. The recommendation was to award a
one-year contract to the incumbent supplier, Civica UK Limited, for
the continued licences, support, and maintenance of the
Council’s Document Management System (W360).
The one-year contract was approved to ensure the Council would have
a fully supported and compliant document management system in place
beond 31.03.2022
The Chief Officer approved the award of a
one-year contract to Civica UK Limited for continued licences,
support, and maintenance of the Council’s Document Management
System from 01.04.22 – 31.03.23. Approval was also given for
the commencement of a new procurement process for a Council’s
Document Management System with a report on the plan for this
reported to Cabinet in 2022/23.
-A direct award was approved as a full
procurement process would result in the Council not having a fully
supported and compliant system in place for 31.03.2022. Revenues
& Benefits, Housing, HR, Legal, Property Services, Planning
& Building Control, Community Services, and the Slough
Children’s Company would be left without access vital
documentation relating to their service area.
